This Privacy Policy explains how ISaidUSaid Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our app ("the App"), which scans digital footprints and analyzes communication styles across various platforms including Gmail, email, iMessage, WhatsApp, and videos that you upload. This policy explains our information-handling practices; it does not replace any separate consent, notice or other lawful basis required for a particular use. Changes to data use operate prospectively with any required notice and permission; they do not retrospectively expand rights over information already supplied.

We reserve the right to use eligible interpersonal communications in redacted, effectively de-identified and appropriately decontextualised form to train, test and improve our specialist communication-analysis models, subject to the safeguards and exclusions in section 11 of our Terms and Conditions. Identifiable information, privileged material, legal advice, practitioner work product, clinical notes and material restricted by law, court order or source-platform rules are excluded from that training. We do not use collected information to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models, or permit providers to use it for unrelated model training.
Our use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the applicable Google user-data policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This includes restrictions on derived data, human access, transfers and training beyond a specific user's personalised model. Redaction does not override those restrictions. The general right to improve our specialist models does not authorise a use prohibited by Google or another source provider.
We may use data we hold to conduct research and statistical analysis aimed at improving safety outcomes, product performance, and public-interest understanding of communication dynamics. Any research outputs we publish (including white papers, peer‑reviewed articles, case studies, and technical reports) will be fully anonymised and/or aggregated so that individuals are not identified or reasonably identifiable. We do not publish direct quotes that could reveal identities, and we apply de‑identification and de‑contextualisation controls consistent with our privacy and security standards. Research is subject to the same lawful-authority requirements, exclusions and source restrictions as AI improvement under our Terms and Conditions.

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. We must have a lawful basis and any safeguards required for each applicable transfer. Use of the App alone does not replace any required separate consent, transfer agreement or other legal requirement.
Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
