By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• To improve and fine-tune our domain specific AI models (in accordance with paragraph 2(a) ).

2 (a) Limitations on the use of information for AI Training

Collected information, including information obtained through Google Workspace API, is never used to used to develop, improve or train a generalized AI and/or ML model.

2 (b) Research and Statistical Analysis

We may use data we hold to conduct research and statistical analysis aimed at improving safety outcomes, product performance, and public-interest understanding of communication dynamics. Any research outputs we publish (including white papers, peer‑reviewed articles, case studies, and technical reports) will be fully anonymised and/or aggregated so that individuals are not identified or reasonably identifiable. We do not publish direct quotes that could reveal identities, and we apply de‑identification and de‑contextualisation controls consistent with our privacy and security standards.
